Ever since Olivia Kibler can remember, real estate has been a part of her life. As a third-generation Washingtonian Realtor, Olivia grew up attending open houses with her mom day and discussing market trends around the dinner table night.

What Olivia didn’t know at the time, however, was that she would go on to pursue a real estate career of her own. Initially envisioning a future in finance, Olivia received her degree from the University of Delaware, only to realize after graduating that her true passion was back where it all started, at the center of her family’s collective story. The truth is, there’s nothing that Olivia finds more rewarding than guiding others through the complex yet momentous process of buying or selling a home.

Today, Olivia is a successful DC Realtor in her own right, having forged a notable path within the industry while upholding the family legacy of excellence. From a young age, Dito Sevilla was known as someone you could go to for real estate advice. Son of a diplomat and developer, Dito grew up exploring houses of all styles and in every corner of DC, imagining the lives that would be led within their walls, all the memories yet to be shared. Even as a kid, he recognized the importance of belonging, of having a place to call home. He also had an eye for design and a talent for relating to the people and places around him. So, it seemed fitting that Dito was often sought out as a design consultant, open house companion, and neighborhood expert all in one, providing valuable insight into the world of real estate long before he made a full-time career out of it.

Prior to his official transition into real estate, Dito ran his eponymous award-winning, iconic DC bar for 15 years, where he leveraged his service-driven outlook and problem-solving skills to create memorable experiences for every patron who walked through his doors. And although Dito thrived in the field of hospitality, he was always drawn back to real estate, to his longtime passion for guiding others through the complex and pivotal process of buying or selling a home.
